The CQR Equipment

The patented CQR denture making equipment comes in three parts. Firstly there are the Dynamic Occlusal Plates that are so shaped that they can be adjusted to fit any patients sized ridges and also they have the natural dynamic functional compensating curves that are generic for any patient built into them. This enables the practitioner easily capture the patients dynamic function in an acceptable clinical time period.

The second part is the Condor Articulator, which is the only articulator that can be programmed to receive the information that the dynamic plates have recorded. It will have reproduced the functional movements of that individual patients TMJ. Due to its innovative design and the material it is made of, it also has the ability to mimic the flexing and compressive conditions that take place in the patients mouth during the occlusal load created during function.

The third part is the Vertical Dimensional Tool. This gives the practitioner the ability to record the patients centric bite, their correct vertical dimension and occlusal plane line at the patients first visit to the clinic/office. It will allow the practitioner to go directly to the dynamic bite stage, bypassing the bite registration stage that is traditionally used. The VDO comprises of interlocking upper and lower ridge locators and an intra-oral bow. For the use of this tool, fast setting bite registration material and flowable composite or superglue is required.
